As working-class film director, I know how difficult it can be to enter the film industry without any connections or financial safety nets. The industry is missing out on a huge wealth of hungry talent simply because people can’t get a foot in the door, or don’t even know where the door is. That’s why I’m committed to doing my part to help people from non-traditional backgrounds succeed.
